Put a Little Spring in Your Pasta

Spring Pasta Salad

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Serves 8

4 quarts water

5 Tablespoons Zoup! Good Really Good® Culinary Concentrate

1 16-oz. box of Rotini pasta

1 bell pepper, diced

1 cup (approximately 2-3 stalks) celery, chopped

1 cup salami, diced 

6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled 

½ cup Italian dressing

1. In large pot, bring water to boil. Stir in Zoup! Good, Really Good® Culinary Concentrate until dissolved. Add pasta and cook according to package.

Once cooked, drain and set aside to cool.

2. While pasta cools, prep vegetables. Stir vegetables, salami and feta cheese into pasta. Toss with dressing.

3. Cool completely in fridge. Serve and enjoy!
