Discover Visual Journaling, a way of opening and deepening relations between ourselves and our world, using a blend of expressive arts, creativity and nature connection practices. In this day of creative exploration, you'll learn innovative, easy-to-use approaches for entering into a conversation with the connecting points between inner self and the natural world -- practices you can carry with you and use in your daily life. We'll spend time using these practices to invite a deeper relationship with the Laguna, exploring the richness and diversity of our wetlands and how they reflect the inner pathways of our lives. The workshop will take place rain or shine with Heron Hall as our base, as we invite weather to join us in our conversation. Most workshop supplies will be provided, along with hot drinks and light snacks.
