Children will get to hike, and create nature journals during our fun-filled day camp! With discovery and explorations of forests, meadows, and ponds, campers will get an in-depth introduction to the natural world while learning all about science. Each day involves a hands-on science activity, nature journaling, and about 2 hours of easy hiking and exploring. Campers will learn interesting facts about local flora and fauna all while having fun and learning to love the outdoors. Camp is led by enthusiastic environmental educators Margaret Boeger and Nicole Barden. Both of the instructors have degrees in biology and education and have many years of teaching experience in Sonoma county native habitats.
