Pull out the clan’s dancing shoes. At the 2017 Peacetown New Year’s Eve celebration, the funky sounds of Sol Fuse and the Americana melodies of Rhythm Rangers will get everyone moving. For the more contemplative, there will be wisdom talks and labyrinth walks, too. At midnight, local shaman Francis Rico will lead a peace ceremony. All ages are welcome to the event, which will be held on December 31, 8 p.m.–1 a.m. at the Sebastopol Community Center in Sebastopol. Tickets are $18 in advance at seb.org or $25 at the door.
