Have you or your child wanted to learn how to stand-up paddleboard? Get lessons from expert instructors at a one-day workshop on a local lake. At Intro to Stand-Up Paddleboarding, you’ll learn how to paddle, turn, brace, and self-rescue using inflatable stand-up paddleboards. The class will be held on July 14, 9–11 a.m., at Spring Lake Regional Park in Santa Rosa. The class, which is suitable for ages 10 and up, is $65 and registration is required.
