In the three-hour class, taught by doula Kelly Gray, participants will learn about the hormones of labor and practice massage, breath work, and communication techniques as well positions for grounding and opening the pelvic floor. The class will be held on June 30, 3–6 p.m., at West County Herb Company in Occidental, and costs $95. Register on Eventbrite (search on “Inspired Birth”) or at ninemoonsdoula.com.
