As any parent will attest, children can get pretty wound up this time of year. The free Kids Yoga and Holiday Craft workshop aims to give them an outlet for their physical and creative energy. Geared toward children ages 3–6, the class will have two parts. The first half will include animated yoga poses, games, storytelling, and relaxation with music. The second half will focus on the construction of colorful talking sticks, followed by circle time. The workshop will be held on December 16, 3:30­–4:15 p.m., at the Guerneville Regional Library in Guerneville. Parents and caregivers are invited to attend with their children.
