The sounds of funky bass, horns, and sassy vocals will come to the Cotati Music Festival when the Soul Section, a Bay Area funk band, plays. The group will share the stage with R&B band Spike Sikes and His Awesome Hotcakes and sixties-hits rockers the Bluebyrds.
