Some dogs are so ugly they’re adorable. Take Scamp (pictured right), the winner of the 2019 Sonoma-Marin Fair World’s Ugliest Dog Contest. He may be ugly, but now he’s a celebrity. Dogs from all over will be competing to take his crown—and a $1,500 cash prize—at this year’s contest, which will be held on June 24 at the Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds in Petaluma. Other fair attractions include the Artisan Hall, where the products of local brewers, cider makers, chocolatiers, cheese makers, and kombucha crafters will be displayed; and there will be a Homebrew Competition, too.
