So often kids have to fit into a world made for adults. But the free Kids Day Festival and Parade on July 9 is just for them. The annual Cotati event—in its 29th year—features a parade, live entertainment, music, contests, activities, and vendors—all just for wee ones. The day will begin with a free pancake breakfast, 8–10 a.m., at Church of the Oaks in Cotati.
