Light Up a Card—and Learn about Electricity, Too
Trees, posts, the barren wall in the bedroom—is it possible that little lights make everything prettier? How about greeting cards? Sonoma County Library thinks so. At the library’s Light Up Cards class, kids will use LEDs, wires, and coin-cell batteries to make a paper circuit, which they will then turn into a greeting card. The class, aimed at kids in grades 4–6, will be held on December 12, 4–5:30 p.m., at the Cloverdale Regional Library in Cloverdale. Materials provided; registration is required.
