Basil, garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. These are the ingredients that make pesto the popular pasta sauce that it is. And Pesto Festo celebrates it, with tastings of local bread, cheese, olive oil, pasta, and, of course, pesto. There’ll be a strolling accordionist and live pesto-making demonstrations, too.
