The Santa Rosa Symphony presents “Road to 100: The Complete Beethoven Symphonies, Year 1.” Conducted by Francesco Lecce-Chong, the orchestra is showcased in unique configurations to reflect how the symphonies may have been played in Beethoven’s time. Making use of modern-day acoustics, this performance showcases Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1 and the celebrated Symphony No. 3, “Eroica,” which created a whole new world of symphonic possibilities.
