Wrap Around Care provides a comprehensive, holistic, family and community driven way of responding when adopted children or youth experience serious health or behavioral challenges.
Wrap Around Care puts the child or youth and their families at the center of the solutions crafted.
Through bringing in both natural and professional supports, and the perspective and family’s ideas about what needs to be done, the family is “wrapped” in support.
