Throughout the week, campers will create imaginative food-inspired art — from sculptural creations to realistic dessert designs — while also stepping into the role of entrepreneur by developing their own food truck concept. Students will research food culture, design a branded menu, calculate pricing, and explore the fundamentals of marketing and visual identity.
