Spark Creativity Camps promote a "learning by doing" approach while engaging campers in exciting STEAM projects that encourage reflection, nurture critical thinking, and provide a variety of creative outlets. Our goal is to provide a safe and entertaining environment that creates smiles, AHA moments, and uplifting social interactions. This summer, we're offering 9 weeks of camps, of which, weeks 3-9 are "Choose Your Own Adventure Weeks" where campers select from 1 of 2 camp theme options.

Spark Creativity Visual Arts Camp

Throughout the week, young artists will dive into hands-on activities like painting, printmaking, and sculpture, all while exploring shading, perspective, and the works of famous artists throughout history. Whether your child is a budding artist or just eager to try something new, this camp is packed with fun projects that encourage creativity and self-expression.

Broadway Theater OR Science & Makers Camp

Broadway Theater: Defy gravity and make your theater debut this summer at our Broadway camp for TK-2nd graders! This camp will introduce your little one to the magic of musical theater through lessons and activities including singing, music, choreography, and bringing scenes to life from hit musicals like Hamilton, Wicked, and Frozen. Whether they're belting out a tune or acting out a favorite scene, every camper will have a blast while building confidence and creativity!

Science/Makers Camp: Are you waiting for that lightbulb moment? Shout "Eureka!" at Spark Creativity's Science & Maker's camp for 3rd to 9th graders, where campers will get the opportunity to engage in classic and innovative science, engineering, and building projects.

Spark Tank OR Spark Creativity Stop Motion

Mon, Jun 30 - Wed, Jul 2

Spark Tank: Does your child have the next BIG idea? During these experiential 3-days, students will engage in the entire process of conceptualizing a product or service all the way to presenting their prototype and plan to a panel of Spark Tank mentors. Spark Tank will provide a collaborative, fun and hands-on learning environment for 3rd-9th graders. Students will gain experience in communication, challenge-based thinking, music composition, design, math and technology.

Stop Motion: Lights...Camera...Action! This week, campers will delve into the world of stop motion moviemaking, learning from masters such as Tim Burton and developing their skills in filming, directing, and editing videos.

Robotics & Technology: Are you curious about how things work? Join Spark Creativity's Robotics and Technology Camp where campers will receive supportive instruction in coding, building, use of sensors and not to mention everyday skills like problem-solving and critical thinking.

Sewing: Step into the creative world of sewing and turn fabric into fun creations in our Sewing camp for 3rd-9th graders! Campers will learn hand sewing, embroidery, and sewing machine basics, all while engaging in projects like augmenting denim with Sashiko stitching and upcycling techniques. Campers will also create functional accessories.

Science & Makers: Is your little one waiting for that lightbulb moment? They will shout "Eureka!" at Spark Creativity's Science & Maker's camp for TK-2nd graders. Campers will get the opportunity to engage in classic, innovative, and age appropriate science, engineering, and building projects.

Influencer 101 Camp: Do you love to like, comment, and subscribe? Join Spark Creativity's Influencer 101 Camp, and it'll be your turn to shine! During this week, campers will get the chance to create and edit their own videos and short films for a Youtube channel. Campers will take influencing to the next level by designing their own brand and merch.

Food Truck Challenge OR Creating with Minecraft & Roblox

Food Truck Challenge: Interested in trying new foods, staying up-to-date on food trends or learning about food culture and history? If YES, you're a fellow foodie at heart! During this experiential week, campers will experiment with different types of food art from sculptures to realistic portrayals of desserts to design and plan a food truck. Campers will gain experience in communication, challenge-based thinking, design, math and technology.

Creating with Minecraft & Roblox: Get into creative mode with Minecraft and Roblox this week! Campers will use their favorite games to engage in dynamic and collaborative art, STEAM, music, and building activities.
