Redwood Empire Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes for children and adult all ages. We provide caring instructors who are professionals trained to encourage children to have fun while participating in a challenging program. Our personal commitment to helping children gain knowledge and reach their goals is what drives our program. Our classes are educationally based and designed to inspire all types of learners and abilities. We believe the personal and physical skills developed in gymnastics classes are the basic building blocks for a child’s confidence and self-esteem as they grow and learn.
