Our nationally certified instructors are walking bicycle-encyclopedias and can answer any question you might have. We guarantee you’ll come away having benefited whether you are an expert or a novice bicyclist.

This four-hour course provides 2 hours of class instruction and 2 hours of on-bike instruction. In the classroom portion, Our instructors use slide illustrations, street diagrams, and video clips to communicate a general overview of how to bicycle safely in Sonoma County. Our on-bicycle instruction includes both skill drills and a instructional bike ride to help recognize and avoid potential hazards and significantly improve riding skills. A bicycle in good mechanical condition and a properly fitted helmet are required for our Smart Cycling A/B class.
