15th Annual Sonoma County Transition Fair for students with disabilities

Free event for students with disabilities and their families. Learn about vocational training, adult day programs, post-secondary education, employment, support services, residential options and much more.

This free annual event, is designed to help students and their families learn about services for individuals with disabilities as they transition from school-based programs to adulthood.

Sonoma County special education students in middle school, high school, and post-secondary programs and their families are invited to attend. Spanish interpreters will be available onsite. ASL interpreters can be requested by contacting Ashley Duke at 707-576-2243 by 3/1/23.

Service providers will be at the event to provide information and answer questions about residential options, adult day programs, vocational training, post-secondary education, employment, support services, and much more. There will also be representatives to talk about CalABLE accounts as well as Work Incentives Planning.

For your safety and the safety of our guests, please plan to stay home if you have any symptoms of Covid including but not limited to fever, cough, tiredness, loss of taste and smell, sore throat, headache, chills, shortness of breath, body aches, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
