WHAT: John Ash & Co. at Vintners Resort is hosting a special wine dinner on Thursday, April 25th with David Munksgard, the Iron Horse Vineyards Winemaker. The event will begin with a welcome reception, followed by a four-course wine dinner that has been thoughtfully curated by the John Ash & Co. culinary team to complement some of the finest wines from Iron Horse Vineyards.

Highlights from the dinner menu include Korean Steak Tartare, Pan Seared Scallops, Duck Breast, and divine Buttermilk Panna Cotta, paired with Iron Horse Vineyards wines ft. the Ocean Reserve Sparkling, Heart of the Vineyard Chardonnay, Gold Ridge Pinot Noir, Stargazing Cuvee, and more.
