Exclusive to families of children ages 0–12, with special needs. One hour before the fair opens to the general public, rides will operate with no sound or lights. Petting zoo, & Fur & Feathers will have small animals. Registration limited to children & adults with disabilities and/or unique needs and their parents and/or caregivers, & siblings. $20 per person.
