This presentation will address the importance of recognizing and managing trigger points and PTSD and exposure to smoke or poor air quality. Emergency situations and the uncertainty of not knowing when normalcy will return, can impact mental health—especially during repeated situations, like wildfires, power outages and earthquakes. Facing these challenges alone can be even more stressful. Practical steps to manage anxiety, stay connected, and maintain well-being plus tips to keep smoke out of your home will be shared.
