Event Description: Fox & Cub Family Wellness invites you to a series of free outdoor events designed to bring families together through movement, learning, and community connection! Held at Rincon Valley Community Park in Santa Rosa, each event features: Family yoga sessions led by instructors from Soul Yoga & Wellness (with 200 yoga mats generously provided for participants) Kids’ obstacle courses, fitness games, and movement activities for all ages Live expert Q&A sessions with local health, wellness, and parenting professionals A variety of vendor booths from family-centered businesses, wellness practitioners, and local artisans Music, crafts, and fun activities for babies, kids, teens, and parents alike! Our Festival Day on August 9th will feature even more family fun, including expanded games and activities like sack races, obstacle courses, and prizes! Plus, we’re excited to welcome Mini Music Time, a Sebastopol-based Music & Movement company, who will be leading a lively family music and movement session for everyone to join in on.
