Start trick-or-treating early at Santa Rosa Plaza before the city’s Fall Fun Fest!. Twenty of the plaza’s retailers will be offering sweets and fang-tastic items, including Hop Hop, Surf City Squeeze,  Charley's Cheesesteak & Wings among other shopper-favorite brands. Families will also have a unique opportunity to see, touch and explore large vehicles from the Santa Rosa Fire and Police departments.
